Hi, I'm Caitlin Christie, I am a 38 year old community based family physician, Mom to 3 year old twin boys, who came face to face with soul crushing burnout 3-4 months upon returning from my maternity leave and began looking for an exit strategy from medicine TO a place of mental and emotional resilience, and rediscovering fulfillment and impact in a new version of my medical career that I have designed on my own terms.
That leads me to now and why I want to start helping other female physicians.
